The Leaves are Falling Down

In Oceans Room, we have explored the Season of Autumn.

Our teddy bears on our window display are looking after pumpkins and squashes. We have looked at leaves and printed leaf shapes as well as crunched them between our toes.

We have tried floating leaves on water and making imprints in Play-Doh. Our coloured rice gives us the feel of autumnal shades like the leaves falling from the trees. We are learning the song “The Leaves are Falling Down”.
